Projects
There are only two opinions that really matter to me: the ones born from experience and the ones born from curiosity. Everything else is cancelled.
You are going to be dealing with the rooms full of opinions.
There will be decision-makers who crave power, voices desperate to be heard, ideas recycled from templates.
And in those rooms, every proposal will be questioned to death. Every finished project will be dragged through another five rounds of feedback.
The real job is to recognise which opinion actually matters. Who is reasonable and progress-driven and who just wants their name attached to the winning idea.
If the loudest opinion wins, your team pays the price. If the opinion rooted in impact and growth gets through, you move forward.
So, who do you listen to? The loud, narrow-minded, copy-paste voice?
Or the unconventional, human exclusive one? 🤟
